The chocolate melter EASY MELT is perfect for melting chocolate, decorating cake pops/cake lollipops, making sweets, fondue and more. With a capacity of 0.9 kg, this temperer is the perfect size for chocolate parties and entertainment. The chocolate melter comes complete with all the accessories you need for submerging and decorating. With a double temperature controller and a pouring spout, the chocolate detector offers everything you need for preparing delicious treats - and it is easy to clean. Capacity: 0.9 kg of melted chocolate or chocolates. Professional temperer for chocolate, toppings, sauces...Temperature control up to 60 degrees, incl. 1 litre removable stainless steel holder. The tank is heated evenly to achieve the same temperature in all areas of the container. Temperature control with thermostat. How to choose the chocolate glazer:
1. Heating - For best production, it is better to use quality colade, i.e. chocolate with at least 32% cocoa butter - best always heat a little more chocolate than you need - avoid contact with water, otherwise the chocolate will not melt well.
2. Cooling – for a more shiny surface – let the chocolate cool 26-28 degrees by adding the rest of the chocolate pieces. - Then heat the chocolate briefly to the desired working temperature. This is the secret of professional chocolate products - the art of melting chocolate.
